Some action from the final round of the 2012 World Enduro Canada Cross Country Championship at Motopark.

World Enduro Canada is finalizing the last details of the 2013 Wiesner Insurance Ontario Cross Country Championships. Building on our winning platform of fast, wide open courses and flawless time keeping, 2013 will be another great season. The CMRC and some local MX clubs are working with WEC to prevent event conflicts and increase racer numbers in all classes from Pee Wee to Pro.

So, I’m sorry first off that it has taken me this long to get this posted. Layne, this apology is for you! I told you Sunday at the Codrington round of the OO XCs that I’d put a post up for you, about the awesome way you stopped to help a Mini Junior rider (Devyn Marshall, one of the youngest riders on the course) who was having problems on a particularly rough section of trail. It was the last cross country of the year, and I missed accepting my award and giving my speech because I was out on the trails taking pictures.

The WEC Royal Distributing Canadian Offroad Championship came east to stop at Ormstown, Quebec. The event, hosted by the FMSQ, was a huge success, with one of the largest turn outs the WEC has ever seen at any event.

From CGRT - Wardlow, AB:  Ormstown QC was the site for Round 1 of the Royal Distributing Canadian Cross Country Championships, September 2.  A dry summer in the eastern provinces have left venues very dusty and Ormstown was no different.  The rocky soil, combined with the dust presented a very different racing environment for the westerners.
