Solid season for Wide Open Racing

LAWRENCETOWN, N.S. -- The Wide Open Racing Motocross Team has wrapped up another successful season. The team had successful Spring and Fall results in the Atlantic Canadian CMRC Motocross Series with riders placing in the top three in 10 of their respective classes.

The new addition to the team this season, Hugh Henderson dominated the 50cc 4-6 Year Old class, taking home first place overall in both the Spring and Fall series.

Well-known holeshot king Logan Gallant took home two first places, a second and third overall in the School Boy class, MX2 Jr. and MX 2 Intermediate classes.


Chelsey Hall was consistent this season with third overall placings in both the Spring and Fall series in the Ladies class.

MX 1 Pro David Estabrooks finished off the year on a high note with two holeshots at the Riverglade Motocross Park and took home third place overall in the competitive Pro GP class in both the Spring and Fall series.

As a newbie to the motocross scene, Johnny Gallant continues to improve and finished sixth overall in the highly competitive Vet Masters class in the Spring series.
